just a starting note!neopets is a VURTUAL site for kids to enjoy!so what is the REAL purpous of scams?neopoints wont get you anything in real life.scamers who r so totaly upsesed with taking neopoints,items or even accounts are so pitiful!it just dosent make any sense!if you wana steal neopoints accounts or pass***** then just leave neopets becuz you dont belong here!

Whenever you'll see a really cheap item in someones shop, it can be too good to be true: like a Faerie Paint Brush for 7k. When you want to buy the item, you are taken to a fake login page.do not log into that page!if you did, you can say bye bye to your pets & acount because you gave your acount to them by logging into that page!
You have to enter your Username first. Once you hit Log In to Neopets, you will be presented with a picture of one of your Neopets. If that pet is yours, enter your entry code to finish logging in. If you are ever presented with a Neopet that isn't yours, or if the URL in the Address Bar is not http://www.neopets.com/ you are not logging into Neopets!

Many scamers say if you post your log in info it will come out as stars * but it wont! if any body on the bords asks you for your pass**** NEVER give it to them & iemediatly REPORT them!

Fast ways to get 1 million Neopets, free Krawk etc are all ways to get you to a website were you must fill in your username and pass****. If you do this you will get registered in a database and the person can get into your account. There's no fast way to get NP's, you have to work hard for it

if anyone asks you to change your email in the user prefrences to theres then just ignore them & report them!

if anyone says that theay will neositt(like babysitt) do not let them! theay will need your pass**** to get in to feed them & do all sorts of stuffs!

If you want to share accounts with someone, you're also sharing your pass****, Neopoints, items and Neopets. The person wants you to create an account to share it with. After a while you made a lot of NP on that account and that's when the other person steals it by blocking you from the account, cause he changed the entry code. Neopets can't do anything about this scam, cause it's at your own risk.
This is what Neopets said about sharing accounts in the News section on 10/30/02:
People have been asking for an official clarification on whether sharing accounts is allowed on Neopets. The answer is no. Please do not share your accounts with anybody, or give your entry code out to anybody else whatsoever. We aren't actively freezing people who share accounts, but may do so in the future.

many scamers try to send you an email sayin there from the donations email & theay want you to donate somthing expensive! dont worry,neopets wont ever ask you to donate to them EVER!
